HR Recruiter – Internal Hiring Company: DataSoft Technologies Location: Jaipur & Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid Work Timings: US EST Shift About the Role: DataSoft Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage internal recruitment while also handling day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in talent acquisition, and a good understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative activities.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation.
- Coordinate with management on hiring plans and workforce requirements.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
