Job Title: HR Recruiter and Executive Job Type: Full-Time Location: Delhi Experience: 0–4 Years About the Role We are seeking candidates with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Candidates with consultancy recruitment experience will be preferred, while fresh MBA graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and corporate positions. Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Eligibility MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory) Experience: 0–4 years Consultancy recruitment background preferred for experienced candidates. Fresh MBA graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
