Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment (Sourcing Screening Interview Joining)

Handle bulk hiring requirements

Daily candidate coordination and follow-ups

Maintain recruitment data and reports

Handle client and candidate communication

Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets

Requirements

Minimum 100 calls/day work capacity

Laptop is mandatory

Knowledge of bulk hiring preferred

Solid communication & convincing skills

Good time management

Ability to give quick and professional responses

Eager to learn and grow
