About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading premium real estate developer, we are hiring an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition who doesn't just fill positions, but finds people who elevate the organization. In this role, your mission will be to build a high-performing talent engine that attracts, evaluates, and hires exceptional professionals across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Corporate Functions.

If hiring is just another administrative process for you, this role isn't for you. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader who treats recruitment as a core business driver, builds relationships before vacancies exist, and refuses to compromise on quality.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Own complete hiring workflows across lateral, campus, and leadership roles for all key corporate and business functions.
- Pipeline & Employer Branding: Proactively create talent pipelines and build robust employer branding initiatives to attract passive,



top-tier talent.
- Assessment Frameworks: Implement competency-based interview frameworks and structured candidate assessment models.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers, holding them accountable to hiring standards while earning their trust as a strategic advisor.
- Recruitment Operations & Metrics: Drive recruitment dashboards to measure TAT (Turnaround Time), offer-to-joining conversion, source mix, and quality of hire.
- External Partnerships: Build and maintain high-value relationships with recruitment consultants, executive search agencies, and industry networks.

Candidate Requirements

- 5 to 8 years of core Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in fast-growing corporate or real estate environments.
- Demonstrated track record of successful hiring across diverse functions (Sales, CX, Marketing, Operations).
- Strong capability to identify potential beyond what is written on a CV.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A builders mindset with high ownership, speed, and deep commitment to candidate experience
