We are hiring for HR Manager for Manufacturing Industry

Location: Erode

Experience: 8–12 Years

Manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of around 700 employees.

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other labor laws.

Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, systems, and standard operating procedures.

Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, including manpower planning and employee cost forecasting.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant.





Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory deductions are processed correctly.

Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.

Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, audits, and compliance documentation.

Monitor HR metrics and generate MIS reports for management review.

Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational objectives.
