- Manage onboarding, employee records, confirmations, promotions, transfers and exits.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll inputs in coordination with Finance.
Preferred candidate profile
6-7 Years of experience in HR Policy and Organisational Development.
Experience in retail or manufacturing.
Well verse with HR Operations
Sound understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
