Job Summary
Longroad Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, and supporting daily HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Support payroll-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Assist in day-to-day office administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 3–5 years of HR experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
