Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics We Are Looking For Someone With At least 10+ years of experience in Human Resources (in automotive or industrial manufacturing companies)
MBA - HR degree
Proven working experience as HR Manager
Ability to process ESI policies for factory workers and contract laborers
Expertise in ISO 14001 and EHS procedures
Working knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices Salary Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 (Depends on Skill and Experience)
