Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

- Lead end-to-end talent management, including hiring strategy, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance issues, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.

- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development initiatives.

- Lead performance review cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning discussions.

- Collaborate with the Compensation &

Perks team on salary benchmarking, rewards, and recognition programs.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR governance standards.





- Build and monitor HR dashboards, analyze people metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Coach and mentor HR team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to support business growth and organizational transformation.

Requirements

- MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

- 1015+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
