Role & responsibilities

- Lead complete HR operations across the organization.

- Recruit and hire quality candidates for BPO operations and support departments.

- Build and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and compliance processes.

- Develop recruitment strategies to support rapid business growth.

- Manage onboarding, induction, attendance, confirmations, and employee documentation.

- Design KPI, appraisal, and performance management systems.

- Improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.

- Coordinate training and development programs.

- Ensure labour law compliance and statutory HR documentation.

- Work closely with management to build high-performing teams.

- Build an HR department capable of supporting 100+ employees and future expansion.

Preferred candidate profile





- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

- Experience in an International BPO, Call Centre, ITES, or Outsourcing company is preferred.

- Proven experience in bulk hiring and talent acquisition.

- Experience creating HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification preferred.
