We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who wants to build, improve, and lead the HR function -not just manage routine HR activities. Your Mission

Your responsibility is to build a professional HR department capable of supporting the company's long-term growth. You will report directly to the Founder & Director and play a key role in recruitment, employee development, performance management, compliance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities • Build and manage the HR department.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Manage onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Build employee performance management systems.




- Implement scorecards and KPI tracking.
- Coordinate payroll with the Accounts department.
- Ensure labour law compliance.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives.
- Build a positive and accountable work culture. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Experience in International BPO or Contact Centre preferred.
- Strong recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws.
- Experience handling payroll coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience building HR systems will be preferred.
