Seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and strengthen the company's human resources function. This is a hands-on role that requires balancing people management with strong process discipline. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, improve employee engagement, maintain accurate payroll and HR operations, and support the organization's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and separation.
- Ensure strict implementation and continuous monitoring of company SOPs, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Manage payroll processes accurately and on time while coordinating with finance and external partners where required.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and resolve workplace issues with fairness and confidentiality.
- Build a positive, disciplined, and performance-oriented work culture.
- Develop HR initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and capability development.
- Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain all statutory registers and records.
- Recommend improvements in HR systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.

- Successfully implement and enforce existing HR Standard Operating Procedures across the organization.
- Strengthen employee discipline, policy adherence, and HR process compliance.
- Improve grievance handling and establish a structured, transparent employee relations process.

RequirementsCandidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience within the hospitality industry is preferred; candidates from restaurant operations or related hospitality businesses will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of payroll administration, labour laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations and grievance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.




- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with business leaders.
