Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Manager role based in Rajkot. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and training coordination for manufacturing and office staff.

The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, manage disciplinary processes, support workforce planning,



and collaborate with department heads to address staffing and development needs. The position also includes responsibility for payroll coordination inputs, HR metrics reporting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding, with experience managing hiring processes for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and development of training and coaching programs.
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and disciplinary and grievance handling procedures.
- Experience with HR documentation, HRIS or HR software, payroll coordination, and HR data reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (such as SHRM or CIPD) is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist in automotive, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is highly beneficial.
