Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) per month

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR compliance, performance management, and organizational development while supporting our rapidly expanding US staffing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and foster a positive work setting.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to verify payroll data, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee benefits.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.




- Organize training, development programs, and employee performance reviews.
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and HR strategies.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and support audits when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support organizational growth by implementing effective HR practices and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of HR experience (US Staffing experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRMS/ATS platforms.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the US IT Staffing industry.
- Knowledge of US recruitment processes and employment practices.
- Experience with employee engagement and performance management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
