We are seeking a Human Resources HR to join our team in the jewelry retail This role is crucial to our success as you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for cultivating a positive and productive work environment Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures new hires feel welcomed and prepared for their roles Employee Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies Mediate conflicts and guide employees and managers through difficult situations with empathy and discretion Performance Management Oversee the performance review process providing guidance to managers on setting transparent goals giving constructive feedback and recognizing high performance Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary Compensation Benefits Manage payroll administer employee benefits and ensure our compensation structures remain competitive within the luxury retail market Training Development Identify training needs and develop programs that enhance employee skills particularly in areas like sales customer service and product knowledge relevant to the jewelry industry HR Compliance Ensure the company s HR practices comply with all local state and federal labor laws Maintain accurate employee records and prepare reports as needed Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience Previous experience in the jewelry luxury retail or a related high-end sales environment is strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of HR principles practices and labor laws Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities SALARY Best in industry Job Type Full-time Language English Preferred Work Location In person
