The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and compliance . The role ensures a positive work workplace while supporting the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 58 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
