Job Summary The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, including , documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in organizing events, celebrations, and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
