Role & responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.

- Schedule interviews with clients.

- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

- Follow up with candidates until joining.

- Learn end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Assist senior recruiters in daily hiring activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fresh Graduates or Final Year Students (Any Stream)

- MBA (HR) candidates will be preferred

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills





- Confident in speaking with candidates over phone calls

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets

- Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership

- Positive organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude with a professional approach

- Immediate joiners will be preferred

- Candidates residing in or near West Delhi will be an added advantage

- Must be available for a full-time, work-from-office internship in Vikaspuri, New Delhi
