HR Intern – Recruitment & Operations

Location: H-32, Suite-201, Sector-63, Noida

Duration: 3 to 6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is passionate about Human Resources and wants hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment along with exposure to core HR operations. This is a excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Major Focus)

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and departments.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities.

HR Operations (Secondary Focus)

- Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.




- Help with joining formalities and maintaining onboarding checklists.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain HR reports, attendance, and documentation on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks.

Who Can Apply:

- Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in recruitment and operational processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle confidential data professionally.
- Prior internship or exposure in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
