We're looking for an HR Intern to join our People team — someone who wants to learn recruitment end-to-end while also getting exposure to the operations side of HR. You'll work directly with the decision makers on hiring, sit in on the conversations where calls actually get made, and own real tasks from day one.

Recruitment (primary focus — ~70%)

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and referral networks
- Screen incoming applications and shortlist against role requirements
- Conduct first-round telephonic screening calls and write up candidate notes
- Coordinate interview scheduling across panels and keep candidates informed at every stage
- Maintain the ATS/hiring tracker — clean data, accurate stages, no candidate left hanging
- Draft and post job descriptions across platforms
- Support campus hiring drives and walk-in events
- Help with reference checks and background verification follow-ups




- Pull weekly hiring reports — funnel numbers, source effectiveness, time-to-hire

HR Operations (~30%)

- Assist with onboarding — documentation, offer and joining paperwork, induction scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance and leave tracking
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Assist with HR letters — experience, confirmation, address proof
- Contribute to policy documentation and process improvement projects

What we're looking for

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/PG in HR or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be the first impression candidates get of us
- Comfortable with Excel and quick to pick up new tools
- Organized and dependable with follow-ups; you don't let things slip
- Discretion with confidential information
- A real interest in people and hiring — prior internship experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Based in or able to relocate to Kochi
