Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in Jaipur. The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. The role will involve helping maintain employee records, supporting onboarding and orientation processes, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The intern will help coordinate employee engagement activities, collect and organize HR-related data, and support the HR team in preparing reports and documentation. This position provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a growing technology company.

Qualifications





Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in pursuing a career in HR.

Understanding of HR Management practices, including basic recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle support.

Familiarity with HR Policies and compliance fundamentals, with a willingness to learn organizational guidelines and procedures.

Awareness of Employee Benefits and related documentation, with the ability to assist in sharing information with team members.

Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and handling confidential information responsibly.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and openness to learning HR tools and software.
