Stipend : As per company policy We're looking for an HR Intern to join our People team — someone who wants to learn recruitment end-to-end while also getting exposure to the operations side of HR. You'll work directly with the decision makers on hiring, sit in on the conversations where calls actually get made, and own real tasks from day one. Recruitment (primary focus — ~70%)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and referral networks
Screen incoming applications and shortlist against role requirements
Conduct first-round telephonic screening calls and write up candidate notes
Coordinate interview scheduling across panels and keep candidates informed at every stage
Maintain the ATS/hiring tracker — clean data, accurate stages, no candidate left hanging
Draft and post job descriptions across platforms
Support campus hiring drives and walk-in events
Help with reference checks and background verification follow-ups
