Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.

- Good knowledge of statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.

- Strong experience in employee relations and staff handling.

- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting).

- Ability to maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll accuracy.

- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in HR payroll and statutory compliance.

- Familiarity with HRMS/Payroll software.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

- Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and current industry standards.

Pay: ₹23,773.37 - ₹50,000.00 per month
