We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for our Textile Spinning operations. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development, ensuring a high-performing and people-centric workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

✔ Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain harmonious employee relations

✔ Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory policies

✔ Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development

✔ Oversee compensation, payroll coordination, and employee benefits

✔ Implement employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives

✔ Lead HR analytics, MIS reporting, and manpower budgeting

✔ Partner with business leaders to build a high-performance culture
