An HR Head in real estate leads talent acquisition (especially sales/engineering), performance management, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Laws), and employee engagement to support high-growth property development. They ensure alignment between human capital strategy and company goals, managing HR operations for corporate and site staff. Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-performing sales agents, technical staff, and leadership.
- Performance Management: Design and implement KPIs, linking incentive structures and bonuses to revenue targets and performance outcomes.
- Compliance & Operations: Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Acts) and manage HRIS, payroll, and attendance systems.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances,



foster a positive culture, and handle onboarding/induction programs.
- Strategic HR: Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and training initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10+ years of HR experience within the real estate or construction industry.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Skills: Solid communication, leadership, and knowledge of labor laws
