Job Summary The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and advantages administration, HR compliance, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Process employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate goal-setting and performance review activities.
- Track employee performance and development plans.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support employee skill development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in payroll inputs and benefits administration.
- Support annual salary reviews and incentive programs.
- Handle employee benefits queries and enrollments.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support audits and statutory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- HR certification is an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Generalist role.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Working Conditions

This JD can be used for HR Generalist (5-10 years experience) and customized based on your organization's size and industry. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
