HR Faculty Head

Location: Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala

Experience: 3+ years (Corporate HR / HR Faculty)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

SOS – School of Skills is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Faculty Head to lead our Human Resources training division. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong corporate HR background or proven experience as an HR Faculty and are passionate about mentoring the next generation of HR professionals.

The ideal candidate should possess both practical industry expertise and excellent teaching abilities, with the capability to design, deliver, and continuously improve industry-relevant HR training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HR Faculty department.
- Design, update, and deliver practical HR training aligned with current industry standards.
- Train students in core HR concepts, recruitment, employee lifecycle, performance management, labour laws, payroll, HR operations, and organizational behaviour.
- Deliver sessions on contemporary HR technologies, HR analytics, HR automation, and digital HR tools.
- Develop assignments, case studies, assessments, and hands-on projects.
- Mentor students and prepare them for interviews and corporate careers.
- Guide and support faculty members to ensure consistent training quality.
- Stay updated with emerging HR trends, AI-powered HR practices, and workplace technologies.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.




- Monitor student progress and continuously enhance the learning experience.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate HR or as an HR Faculty.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as an HR Faculty Head, Academic Coordinator, or Team Lead is highly preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development and faculty management.
- Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools, digital learning platforms, and modern HR technologies will be an added advantage.
