Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.




- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
