Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

Solid experience in internal hiring for US Staffing organizations.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.

Hire Technical Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Lead Recruiters, Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Account

Partner with leadership to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.

Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across multiple job portals and social media platforms.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical and management interview rounds.

Manage salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring cost.





Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Draft HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and experience letters.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Drive employee recognition and reward initiatives.

Conduct employee feedback sessions and help improve employee satisfaction.

Support learning and development initiatives.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.
