WARIYAS is looking for an experienced HR Executive to support our growing team. We’re seeking someone who can manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement while helping us build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and performance reviews.

Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.

Resolve employee relations matters and foster a positive work culture.

Partner with department heads to plan workforce requirements.

Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage HR operations in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
