End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screening & Selection:

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interviews.

Offer Management & Onboarding:

Negotiate salary and advantages with selected candidates.

Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation compliance.

Employer Branding

Promote the company’s brand through social media and recruitment campaigns.

Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire).

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.





Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Payroll & Compliance:

Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

HR Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HRIS systems.

Manage documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Policy Implementation

Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Communicate updates and ensure employee understanding.

Employee Support

Address employee queries related to HR operations.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Vendor & Process Coordination:

Liaise with external vendors for background verification, insurance, etc.

Ensure timely execution of HR operational tasks.
