- Handling Recruitment End TO End Recruitment Cycle, Understanding , Sourcing Candidatures through Various Data Tools like search engines, JOB Portal Access, Online Advertising, referencing, Primary Telephonic Interviews, Convincing candidate for joining
- Screening Profiles, Explaining candidates , Career Canceling, selection, joining, taking care of documentation
- Organizing Recruitment Wilkin drives and Activity for gathering candidates.4. Coordination with Functional Managers.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Understanding of general human resources
- Desire to work as a team with results driven
