We're Hiring: HR Executive – Operations & Talent Acquisition

EZDATA ADVISORY is looking for a hands-on HR professional to own both people operations and end-to-end talent acquisition. If you enjoy hiring for technical teams and keeping HR operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding

Hire for technical roles across data engineering and analytics, working from job requirements provided by hiring managers

Handle core HR operations: attendance, payroll inputs, records, compliance, and documentation

Drive employee engagement, onboarding experience, and retention initiatives

Maintain and improve HR processes, policies, and reporting

What we're looking for

3–5 years of experience in HR, with a strong mix of talent acquisition and HR operations

Ability to read and understand technical job requirements (e.g., data engineering / analytics roles)



well enough to source and screen the right candidates — no hands-on technical background required

Proven ability to source and close candidates across different roles

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills

Bachelor's degree; HR specialization or MBA is a plus

Comfortable working on-site in Varanasi

Nice to have

Experience hiring in a tech, startup, or data-driven environment

Familiarity with ATS and HR software tools
