Position: HR Executive

Location: Palghar - Mumbai

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Prepare Offer, Appointment, NDA, Relieving, and Experience Letters.
- Complete joining formalities, induction, training, PF, ESIC, and Gratuity documentation.
- Coordinate biometric registration, Smart Office access, employee IDs, and IT asset allocation.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Conduct background verification and bank account opening for current employees.
- Communicate and implement HR policies and company procedures.




- Manage employee exit formalities, clearance, and separation documentation.
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, and departmental heads for smooth HR operations.
- Monitor housekeeping activities, maintain records, and ensure workplace compliance.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Employee Onboarding & Induction.
- Basic understanding of payroll and labor laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee relations.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
