- Title: HR Executive

- Location: Aurangabad

- Department: Human Resources

- Reporting to: Executive Assistant

- Work Location: On-site

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, onboarding

- Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.)

- Support performance appraisal processes and monthly reviews

- Assist in executing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook rollout

- Coordinate training, induction, and employee engagement initiatives

- Handle grievance redressal and workplace discipline matters professionally

- Drive uniform policy, ID issuance, and basic HR operational procedures

- Support employee exit process and documentation

- Maintain HR MIS and generate reports for management

- Liaise with internal teams for manpower planning and hiring

Requirements

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BCom/BA/Any discipline); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred





- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with HRMS/Zoho People or any digital HR system preferred
