Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for hospital staff.
- Employee onboarding and documentation.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
Requirements:
- Prior hospital/healthcare HR experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
