HR Executive – Company: ELITE WEAR Location: Avinashi Road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641004 Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports using MS Excel.
Qualifications - UG: BBA / B.Com - PG: MBA (HR) / M.Com Experience - 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
