Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive for a steel manufacturing company who will handle recruitment, employee management, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations at the plant level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Staffing:

End-to-end hiring for plant roles like operators, engineers, supervisors, and staff

- Attendance & Payroll Support:

Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate for payroll processing

- Statutory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements

- Employee Relations:

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain healthy workplace relations

- Onboarding & Documentation:

Manage joining formalities, employee records, and HR documentation

- Training & Development:

Assist in organizing training programs and skill development activities

- HR MIS & Reporting:





Prepare HR reports like manpower status, attrition, attendance, etc.

- Coordination with Departments:

Work closely with production, admin, and management teams

Required Qualifications:

- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing / steel industry preferred
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
