Key Responsibilities

· Call editor leads generated through Meta/Facebook advertisements and explain the Meetrub Editor Matchmaking Service.

· Share the screening test link and encourage candidates to complete it as soon as possible.

· Follow up with editors who have not completed the screening test.

· Answer candidate questions and handle objections professionally.

· Onboard editors who successfully pass the screening process.

· Collect and verify editor information including skills, experience, software proficiency, availability, city and salary expectations.

· Build long-term relationships with editors and keep them engaged with Meetrub.

· Post upcoming hiring opportunities, announcements and updates in the WhatsApp editor community.





· Maintain an accurate database of all editor leads and their current status.

· Prepare daily activity reports and update CRM/Google Sheets.

Required Skills

· Excellent Hindi communication; basic English.

· Confident phone calling and relationship building.

· Solid follow-up discipline.

· Persuasion and objection handling.

· Google Sheets, Google Forms, Gmail and WhatsApp Business.

· Organized, accountable and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
