5+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience

Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices

Experience with performance management and employee development

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills





Data Analysis Skills And Experience With HR Metrics Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations

Change management and organizational development experience

Nice to Have

Experience in technology or quick-growing companies

Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits Design Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices

HR certification (SHRM, HRCI)
