- Conduct induction and onboarding training for recent employees.

- Deliver technical and product training for sales, service, and corporate teams.

- Design training modules, presentations, SOPs, and learning materials.

- Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance tracking.

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

- Maintain training records, attendance, and MIS reports.

- Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop training plans.
