Key Responsibilities ✨

Human Resources (HR)

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate sourcing.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Conduct interview follow-ups and maintain candidate records.

Support onboarding and induction of new interns.

Handle HR documentation and maintain recruitment databases.

Assist in employee engagement and team coordination activities.

Manage intern communication and provide regular guidance.

Lead and manage a team after successful completion of the recruitment phase (Performance-Based Team Leading).

Sales & Marketing

Reach out to potential students and clients through various platforms.

Promote Edlernity's programs, courses,



and internship opportunities.

Generate leads and build professional relationships.

Guide interested candidates regarding programs and enrollment.

Achieve weekly targets for outreach and enrollments.

Support branding and promotional activities through digital platforms.

Requirements

Freshers or recent graduates from any stream are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR or Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Strong learning attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good teamwork and leadership potential.
