Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR role based in Hyderabad, designed for professionals with 1–4 years of experience. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting personnel management activities. The HR professional will assist in implementing HR policies, coordinating employee advantages, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities also include supporting recruitment efforts,



handling basic employee relations queries, and collaborating with management to improve HR processes. The role requires regular interaction with employees and internal stakeholders to foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for handling core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management to support policy implementation, compliance, and workforce administration.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits to assist in benefits administration and employee communication.
- Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage employee interactions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 1–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools, basic labor regulations, and experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is beneficial.
