Role Description This is a full-time, in office Housekeeping Supervisor/Executive role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The role involves supervising housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor/Executive will manage room attendants and housekeeping staff, allocate daily tasks, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to hotel policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the laundry team, monitoring inventory of linens and cleaning supplies, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities. The role also requires working closely with the front office and food and beverage teams, responding promptly to guest requests,



handling service issues professionally, and supporting training and development of housekeeping personnel.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Housekeeping expertise, with hands-on experience in room cleaning standards, public area upkeep, and use of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess Laundry-related skills, including coordination of linen operations, quality checks, and efficient turnaround of guest and hotel laundry.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously with guests and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Relevant hotel or hospitality experience in a supervisory housekeeping role, preferably in a four- or five-star property.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related hospitality field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of safety, hygiene, and infection control standards within hotel operations.
