What you will be responsible for

Housekeeping

Operations

Manage end-to-end housekeeping operations across assigned properties.

Ensure daily cleaning schedules are executed without deviation.

Maintain cleanliness standards across rooms, common areas, washrooms, kitchens, and external surroundings.





Ensure housekeeping services meet defined SLAs and operational standards.

People

Leadership

Lead, supervise, and develop housekeeping supervisors and associates.

Plan manpower deployment based on occupancy and operational requirements.

Monitor attendance, productivity, grooming, and discipline.

Coach teams on SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

Drive a culture of accountability and ownership.

- Quality & Hygiene Standards

Conduct regular housekeeping audits across all assigned properties.

Ensure adherence to housekeeping SOPs and hygiene protocols.

Monitor deep cleaning schedules and preventive housekeeping activities.

Drive continuous improvement in housekeeping quality scores.

Ensure readiness for internal audits and inspections.

- Inventory & Cost Management

Manage housekeeping consumables, chemicals, linen, and equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.

Ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Optimize housekeeping costs while maintaining service quality.

Track housekeeping budgets and operational expenses.

Vendor

Management

Coordinate with housekeeping vendors wherever applicable.

Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs.

Ensure quality, compliance, and timely service delivery.

Resolve operational issues through effective vendor coordination.

6.

Resident

Experience

Ensure housekeeping complaints are resolved within defined timelines.

Identify recurring cleanliness issues and implement corrective actions.

Work closely with Operations teams to improve resident satisfaction.

Maintain consistently high housekeeping standards across all properties.

7.

Operational

Compliance

Ensure compliance with housekeeping SOPs, safety guidelines, and statutory hygiene requirements.

Maintain housekeeping records, audit reports, and operational documentation.

Support surprise audits and quality inspections.

Drive process discipline across all housekeeping operations.

Experience we value

4–6 years of experience in Housekeeping Operations.

Experience managing housekeeping teams across multiple properties or locations.

Strong understanding of housekeeping SOPs, hygiene standards, and manpower planning.

Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Co-living, Student Housing, Healthcare, Facility Management, or Residential Communities.

Exposure to inventory management, vendor management, and quality audits will be preferred.

Leadership capability, operational discipline, and ownership mindset are more important than years of experience alone.
