: House Manager Position: House Manager Key Responsibilities  Manage the daily operations of the household.  Supervise and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, drivers, gardeners, and other domestic employees.  Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.  Coordinate home maintenance, repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.  Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely service.  Manage household inventory and procure supplies as required.  Maintain household budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare expense reports.  Coordinate family calendars, appointments, and special events.  Arrange domestic and international travel, including air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, airport transfers, and travel itineraries for family members and guests.  Coordinate visa documentation and travel-related requirements when required.  Ensure smooth travel logistics and provide travel support before and during trips.



 Ensure the residence meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, security, and hospitality.  Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.  Resolve household issues efficiently and proactively.

Qualifications  Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).  3–7 years of experience in household management, hospitality, luxury residences, or a similar role.  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.  Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic budgeting/reporting tools.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Annual CTC: 7.5 to 8 lac.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
