Job Responsibilities:

- Handling juveniles or children with love and affection.
- Taking proper care and welfare of juveniles or children.
- Maintaining discipline among the juveniles or children.
- Implementing a daily routine in an effective manner and ensuring children's involvement.
- Administrative role and responsibilities.
- Observing the different behaviours of students and informing the concerned persons
- Escorting juveniles or children whenever they go out of the home
- Looking after the security and safety arrangements of the home

Key Competencies:

- Positive communication skills to deal with children.
- Good Computer skills
- Good coordination with team members.
- Good observation skills.
- Understanding of child needs.
- Understanding of Different Acts and Govt. Schemes for children
- Able to take care of children with love and affection.

Qualification

- Graduate in Social Work(BSW/MSW)
- Knowledge of Hindi up to Matriculation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of child welfare/social welfare/Education
