Requirements:

- Having relevant 6+ years of experience as a university or employee hostel warden.
- Manage the overall administration and day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a secure, secure, and disciplined living setting for residents.
- Supervise hostel facilities, resident welfare, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain discipline by enforcing hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct consistently and fairly.
- Handle resident grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters, including repeated rule violations, while following established policies and procedures.




- Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining professional authority and ensuring compliance with hostel regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel premises, rooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents by coordinating with security personnel and implementing emergency response procedures.
- Independently manage emergency situations such as medical emergencies, fire incidents, security breaches, evacuations, and other unforeseen events.
- Maintain accurate hostel records, including resident registers, attendance, incident reports, visitor logs, complaints, disciplinary records, and other administrative documentation.
