Role Description The Hospitality Professional will provide courteous, effective service to guests, ensuring a consistently positive experience from arrival to departure. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, responding to inquiries, coordinating check-in and check-out processes, and supporting food & beverage service as needed. The role involves maintaining clean and organized public areas, collaborating with other hotel departments, and promptly addressing guest concerns or requests.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhuj,



requiring a strong commitment to hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences.

- Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.

- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality Service practices in a hotel setting.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B; teams.

- Prior experience in hotels or hospitality is preferred; entry-level candidates with a passion for service are also encouraged to apply.

- Basic computer skills for handling reservations, guest records, and internal communication systems.

- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
