JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· To maintain pharmacy in shifts.

· To checkup for the correctness in quantity and expiry date of medicines received from suppliers.

· To arrange the medicines in its place in order and easily accusable.

· To maintain the records of receipt, issues and sales promptly.

· To observe accuracy and speed while dispensing the medicines.

· To coordinate with wards and doctors for better service.

· To make sure that no medicine is dispensed without proper prescription from doctors.

· To maintain the re-order level in order to facilitate proper indenting and replacing.

· To give pharmacy clearance on information about the discharge of patients from our hospital.

To follow and maintain all standards of quality as required by the organizational standards

· To check daily inventory levels and identifying items to be ordered and their quantities.

· To supervise the correct receipt or drugs from various distributors.

· To supervise the issues to pharmacy and other departments and its generations in computer.

· To generate purchase order and GRN’s

· To maintain the inventory control.

· To maintain the storage condition properly.

· To send the bill to accounts after authorization.

· To give the monthly report of sales to Hospital Administrator / Accounts

· To get the drug license.

· To ensure the compliance of FDA rules and Regulations.

· To follow and maintain all standards of quality as required by the organizational standards.

Note - Required D Pharm/B Pharm with minimum 2 years experience

Only Hospital Pharmacist experience will be considered

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Basic computer: 1 year (Preferred)
